TESTIMONIALS & REVIEWS
We love to hear from our guests. Our authentic Cuban restaurant in Pembroke Pines offers a taste of Havana in the 1950s. But don’t take our word for it – read our testimonials below.
One of the best experiences lately. Enjoy an extensive menu with good prices, quality, and quantity. You will love the place with musicians, nice decoration, inside or outside, and nice girls serving. You will get mariquitas for free as appetizers, and will be surprise at the size of their empanadas or breaded breast chicken. The black beans are the best I have eaten lately, the perfect amount of seasoning, not too much, not dull.... The girl attending was very nice. Enjoy!
Positive vibes. Great heartwarming food. Mango mojito is a must have. Service is quick but servers so far have not gone out of their way to enhance my dining experience. Live Music improves dining experience. Much Better alternative to loud, awfully busy and overpriced Brimstone next door.
While shopping at the Shoppes at Pembroke Gardens we decided to eat at Havana 1957 for lunch. Now being that we live in Miami and are use to authentic Cuban food we didn't have the highest expectations. That being said, the food was outstanding! One of the best Cuban meals i've eaten in a long time. I cannot wait to go back and try other things on the menu. I also want to try the other location on Lincoln Road.
If you're in the mood for Cuban I highly recommend Havana 1957.
Best Cuban food I’ve tried in Miami, and best mojitos with ultimate rum. I love the music, and Diana our waitress gave us an excellent service and very good suggestions from the menu. Thank you!
Excellent service not one item wrong in a group of 20 have never had that happen, respectful, helpful, attentive top of the line service... thanks to our waiters Rafael, Dallan, y Yosmany they were great with our birthday party
I came here for happy hour on a Tuesday evening and I will say that I was very pleased. Our server was very attentive with our orders and did a great job at splitting our orders. I shared the truffle yucca fries (not pictured), croquetas, and the Havana chicken sandwich and they were all great. But the passion fruit mojitos were on point and came out quickly, and it helped we were sitting next to the bar. All 7 of us were pleased with the food we got. Different place than I usually go to and I'd definitely go back again!
We stopped here mid week for lunch while visiting family. The place was great, food was tasty and the service was good! They have a nice variety on the menu and seemed happy to help if you had questions or special requests. Would definitely visit again if in the area!
Maybe it's my Cuban bias, but the food here is awesome and has authentic Cuban flavor. My wife and I love going to La Bodeguita del Medio, and going to Havana 1957 reminded us when we visited Cuba. The Mojitos were excellent, a most have if you visit. The manager visits the tables to make sure all is to your liking. Keep it this way.
