Served with nueske smoked ham, roasted pork, swiss cheese, pickles dill and Dijon mustard, in a perfectly pressed Cuban bread accompanied with yucca chips.

CHICKEN

Havana 1957 roasted chicken, topped with Cuban gravy, Florida tomatoes and avocado served in pressed Cuban bread.

PAN CON LECHÓN

Slow-cooked crispy pork belly, pork rinds, caramelized onions.
Served on buttery Cuban bread, accompanied with crispy yucca chips.
