- Tropical Ceviche: Fresh local fish, vine-ripened tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, sweet potatoes & rocoto pepper sauce, served with yuca chips

- Flank Steak Empanadas: Crispy golden dough filled with flank steak slow-braised in Criolla sauce served with pineapple sweet sauce
